A consequence of 3 is a widening of the gap between urban and suburban public school quality. Even if temporary that could significantly impact public perceptions, and those perceptions can be quite hard to shake once established. I see that as a challenge: Either PPS will reform into a district capable of attracting families and students, or its long term decline will accelerate exponentially.

online education

I think that online education is going to go a long way from 2010 to 2020!
