I think it is important to note that there is no information on how the equity allocation is being spent in schools currently. CBRC has spent hours speaking with district staff and board members, analyzing department budgets, analyzing spending changes over the years, and sees the intent of staff and the board to do the best for students in a difficult time while at the same time noting the realization of that intent has far to go.
